Lauren is a global leader in visual effects production, providing day-to-day management of production workforces at Scanline VFX. She oversees the strategic and tactical deployment of global artist and production workforces and is responsible for the successful delivery of all VFX projects, while also taking accountability for coaching, mentoring, and the growth of the next generation of production leaders. As the chair of Scanline’s LGBTQIA+ group and a member of VES, WIA, and BAFTA, Lauren is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the industry.
